Team Schedules

Schedules are taken over around mid April by the CDLA. There are lots of moving parts at the beginning of the season. Please be patient.
If there is a regular season scheduling conflict with a tournament the manager should notify the CLDA right away.

Cancelled Practices

Indoor practices can not be cancelled and teams will be responsible for the cost of the floor. It is your team responsibility to find a trade or give the floor away to another team. Outdoor practices are okay to miss as the cost of these is not as high.

Please feel free to reach out to another manager to see if they would be interested. Please email the Executive Director of any floor time trades or cancellations.

Outdoor Practices

Schedules for Outdoor boxes will be released once U7 & U9 teams/mangers are in place as they need earlier times and will pick first.
To add an outdoor practice to your schedule selecting the events tab and name the event Outdoor Practice.
Managers are responsible for adding these practices to RAMP

On Floor and Bench Help

Anyone on the floor or bench must meet all the coaching requirements. This would include older siblings or parents wanting to help.

Goalie Equipment

Please email the VP of Operations regarding any goalie equipment issues

Practice Pinnies

All players were advised to keep the Pinnies they received at Evaluations and replacements will not be provided if they are lost or missing.
If a player did not participate in evaluations please email both the VP of Operations and Division Coordinator with the players name and team/division

Volunteer Assignments

Jersey Parent - This role can be split into two as to allow for more bonds to be filled. One Parent for each color. Please note that each set of jerseys should be brought to all games in case of a conflict with the opposing teams colour.

To add volunteers for penalty box, shot clock etc -
Step 1 - Click add assignment and type in what it is
Step 2 - Select Up for Grabs
Step 3 - Select max up
Step 4 - Add assignment

3 Volunteers are needed for HOME games - score/clock/time keeper, shot clock and penalty box
Please note the home team is to supply the score sheet and the away team will fill it out in the ox

Any “Box” duties count per hour


Please do not add coaches, assistant coaches or trainers to ramp, they must register. Contact the Executive Director for assistance

Do not add extra family members, they must be added by the main account holder. (Due to custody/ privacy.. etc.)

Team Photos

Team Photos
1) All information regarding team photos will be in the flyer that will be provided
2) Teams can wear either jersey as long as all players are in the same color
3) Rosters are provided to the photographer by Axemen. The manager will have the opportunity the day of pictures to update and confirm spelling.
4) Each player will receive a team photo which is called a “Memory Mate” with their registration. They do not have to order another one unless they want to. The memory mate has the team photo and one picture of the player.

Coaches Shirts

Axemen supplies 3 shirts per team and any extras are a team expense.
Managers will be notified when coaches shirts are ready for pick up.
